Dorking Men's Shed are looking to obtain funding to acquire a new building - and we need your help. Having a premises is crucial for us to be able to continue the work we are doing to support Men and keep us working on projects that also benefit the local community.

Not only will your contributions help us to fund our next building, but they will also help us demonstrate just how important the Shed is to the local community.

In the UK, around 1 in 8 men suffer from mental health problems. As men, we know we’re not very good at talking to others when we’re facing difficult times, or perhaps adjusting to a significant change in situation. We’ve created this community to help men to connect, converse and create. With activities similar to those of garden sheds, workshops, gardening and cooking – the group is here to reduce loneliness and isolation, but most importantly, have fun.
