Story
Each year 5,000 people in the UK are told that they have Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Globally MS affects over 2 million people, many of them are in what is meant to be the prime of their lives.
A diagnosis of MS can be devastating and can often leave people feeling that there is little or no hope for the future. Overcoming MS seeks to provide fresh hope to people with MS through our evidence-based programme, which is already supporting tens of thousands of people with MS across the globe.
Our wish this Christmas is that we can provide more people with the information and tools that will enable them to take the first steps towards a healthier future and give them every reason to hope that overcoming MS is possible.
With each £15 donation we can give one person a free Overcoming MS book, which will provide them with the evidence-base, information and tools, so that they are able to manage the disease.
When you donate, you can also write your own message of hope, love or support for the recipient that will then be inserted into the book.
Please give whatever you can to support our appeal- it could be one of the most important gifts you give this Christmas.
