This Christmas, Dorset Mind is bringing a brand-new Mental Elf Festive Fun Run to Bridport.

On Sunday 13 December 2026, we’re inviting local people to take part in a festive 5K walk, jog or run.

There’s no racing and no pressure. Just a chance to get outdoors, enjoy some Christmas spirit and raise money to support mental health across Dorset.

Dorset Mind is a local charity supporting people across Dorset with their mental health.

Our Active Monitoring service supports young people across Dorset, including West Dorset and Bridport.

Your fundraising helps us continue providing this support and reach more people in local communities.
