Story

A new Fund has been set up to celebrate the memory of a Worcestershire GP, clinical leader and innovator Dr Carl Ellson who passed away in July 2022.

Carl has spent his life working tirelessly to transform healthcare in Worcestershire, promoting new innovative ideas and inspiring many young clinicians to ensure patients of Worcestershire receive the best possible care.

This Fund has been set up to ensure that Carl's legacy lives on. The funds raised will be used to promote clinical innovation projects via a yearly bursary to allow a nominated individual or group from within Worcestershire health and social care community to pursue and develop their ideas on new ways of working.

Please look out on this page for upcoming fundraising events and activities supporting Carl's Fund.
