Kith & Kids' Outdoor and Healthy Living activities take place at our summer camp and residential weekends for children and adults with autism and learning disabilities. Additionally, on weekdays during term time we run Football, Running, Yoga and Sanjuro (martial arts) as well as the Kith & Kids Choir! All these activities are supported by volunteers and are aimed at improving the physical and mental health of the participants, and overcoming their social isolation.
