Story
If you, or a young person you know, has ever been bullied, you'll know how devastating it can be. Rising tensions, anti-LGBTQ+ sentiment and divisive rhetoric in society mean young people face increased prejudice and bullying.

The situation in schools is getting worse, not better
The statistics are shocking.
- 1 in 3 children aged 10-15 experienced in-person bullying in 2023
- Only 18% of secondary students think someone who is LGBTQ+ would feel comfortable coming out at their school (down from 26% in 2024)
- 1 in 4 LGBTQ+ students in the UK do not complete secondary school
Our current challenge
We've found ourselves caught in an unexpected and immensely challenging fundraising environment.
Government funding for anti-bullying programmes has ended. Anti-diversity sentiment has led to a significant decline in corporate funding. And schools can't afford our essential programmes.
This is why we urgently need your support.
Every pound you donate will help us continue to transform young lives

Your donation will help create real change.
89% of students feel more confident to stand up against bullying following our workshops.
As the proud CEO of Diversity Role Models, I'm personally asking you to donate whatever you can so fewer young people are bullied because they're perceived to be "different"*.
Together, we can be part of creating a generation that understands the meaning of respect, empathy and inclusion.
Thank you.
