Dr. Sarah Westwell, a Clinical Oncologist at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, and her daughter Poppy are taking on the Hyrox challenge in Birmingham on 25th October to raise funds for the Sussex Cancer Fund.
Hyrox is a global fitness race designed to push participants through a mix of endurance and strength exercises, including running, rowing, and weightlifting. It's no small feat, but Sarah and Poppy are determined to complete the challenge to support a cause close to their hearts.
The Sussex Cancer Fund works tirelessly to improve cancer services across Sussex. They provide vital equipment, support for patients and staff, and fund research projects, all aimed at making life a little easier for those affected by cancer.
Please support Sarah and Poppy as they take on this demanding challenge by donating generously. Your contributions will help the Sussex Cancer Fund continue their incredible work, ensuring cancer patients receive the best care possible.
