AIMCommunity provides creative arts, education and mentoring for young people aged 8-19 in BCP and the surrounding areas. Our focus is on supporting those young people who face a challenge in mainstream learning and enabling them to access opportunities which they may not have had.

Our focus for Dusk til Dawn 2022 is to raise funds for TWO hugely important areas.

The young people of AIM took a vote on which external charity they would like 50% of the funds to go to, and this year they have chosen the mental health charity MIND. The impact of COVID has been signifiant for everyone and for those facing mental health challenges in particular. The young people felt that raising funds at this time for such a worthy cause would be a great choice.

The remaining 50% of funds raised will go towards installing a Defibrillator on the outside of AIMCommunity. We have recognised the vital role such machines can play when someone suffers a cardiac arrest and having another machine available, not just to AIM, but to the local community could make the difference to someone surviving such a critical event.
