What are we doing?

This September, Dustcontrol UK is bringing together colleagues, clients, and the local community for a special World Lung Day Fun Run around Willen Lake, Milton Keynes, all in support of Asthma + Lung UK.

At Dustcontrol UK, we’re committed to improving air quality and creating healthier environments by controlling dust and airborne particles in workplaces and construction settings. We see first-hand how vital clean air is to protecting people’s lungs, and why raising awareness and funding for lung health has never been more important.

That’s why we’re proud to support Asthma + Lung UK, the nation’s lung health charity, working to transform the future of lung health. They challenge poor care, campaign for cleaner air, fund life-changing research, and provide vital support for people living with lung conditions.

Why it matters:

- 1 in 5 people in the UK will be diagnosed with a lung condition in their lifetime

- Lung conditions remain the 3rd biggest killer in the UK

Through this fun run, we aim to not only raise vital funds but also bring people together to highlight the importance of lung health, for everyone.
