The Early Careers Fund awards means-tested grants to our ambitious and talent mentees upon graduating our Mentoring Programme, to overcome specific financial barriers that they have to accessing their next step. These grants are flexible, and can support our 18 year old beneficiaries to access university, an apprenticeship, an internship or a great first job!

Supporting a young person to overcome financial barriers is the most effective way to enable positive social mobility – by supporting our grant fund you are making a huge difference to a young persons prospects following school!
