For many years The Friends of Eastwick Schools have organised an annual sponsored run ("Trainer Trek"). This year we felt that it's time for a change and in 2024 we have the perfect opportunity to link to a global sporting event.

It's the year of the Paris Olympics... and we'd love to inspire the children to embrace the opportunities that sport can offer, and to feel a connection to this iconic global event.

They will take part in some "Eastwick-style" mini-Olympic events and we have three-time Olympic tri-athlete Gill Sanders coming to cheer the children on, lead some of the activities and motivate them to be the best they can be!

We appreciate that times are tight, and there's a lot to spend money on. Every donation in support of your children will help us to buy additional sports equipment for use in PE lessons.
