To give you an insight, Jannah Ramadan & her brother Basil Ramadan are two orphan siblings that we at STC sponsor. Both are part of a very small family that fled from Syria 7 years ago after losing their home and sadly their father to the conflict. Jannah & Basil aged 8 and 9, along with their mother and two other siblings now live in the Southern Turkish town of Reyhanli close to the Syrian border.

In Sept 2018, they both were admitted into a school called 'Ozel Reyhanli Sahika Kogeli' and spent their first academic year really excelling in their studies. The school has a high standard of education and a very good range of taught subjects with a friendly environment.

Our support also extends to transport (mini -bus service) that drop/pick the children to and from school.
