The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileEGFR+UK is the only UK group for families and patients affected by the gene-driven, EGFR+ lung cancer.
We work tirelessly to raise awareness of EGFR+ lung cancer, and in doing so, help to save lives and improve outcomes for patients affected by this disease.
As a charity we promote earlier diagnosis of lung cancer, including raising awareness of lung cancer in never-smokers.
6,000 people die of non-smoking related lung cancer every year; 90% of those diagnosed with EGFR+ are so at either stage 3 or stage 4.
By raising funds for EGFR+ UK, you will be helping to improve outcomes for patients with gene-mutated lung cancers.
Join us on Saturday 18th May to walk the part of the iconic River Thames. This is a wonderful chance for EGFR Positive patients, family and loved ones to meet with old friends, make new ones and raise funds for the charity while taking in the sights along the river.
We are planning a leisurely walk and it is up to you whether you wish to join us for 1km, 5km or 10km.
