Elliot is a wonderful 2 year old little boy from Wantage in Oxfordshire who despite a rough time so far keeps on smiling. He lives at home with Mummy, Daddy, older sister and brother.

Elliot was diagnosed with hydrocephalus and brain damage following an unidentified ventricular bleed at 6 months old. The bleed has caused a considerable amount of damage but, he doesn't let it stop him!

He has hemiplegic cerebral palsy and a global developmental delay, is non-verbal and has just undergone emergency bowel surgery, feeding tube insertion and three lots of brain surgery with a shunt insertion in the last 3 months.

In spite of an awful first 2 years, Elliot is a determined and happy little boy. He loves nothing more than joining in with his two older siblings and playing.

To enable Elliot to play and participate as much as possible he needs a lot of physical input from therapies and equipment to help him achieve this. The NHS is a wonderful service but unfortunately it cannot provide the intensity of therapy he needs.

Private physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hydrotherapy and specialist equipment come at a high cost and are essential in supporting Elliot to reach his full potential and access the opportunity of participating in everyday life.

Elliot works so hard on a daily basis and any help you can provide to access these therapies will be wonderful.
