Help Us Recover After a Break-In

Elswick Community Pool & Gym has always been a safe, welcoming space for our local community — supporting health, wellbeing, and connection for people of all ages.

Recently, we experienced a break-in at the centre. During the incident, essential items were stolen, and damage was caused to our doors and locks. As a small, community-run charity, unexpected situations like this create additional financial pressure and can impact the services we provide.

Thanks to the incredible kindness of our community, we have already reached our initial £500 target — and we are so grateful for every single donation received. 💙

The total cost of repairs and replacements, including the stolen TUBZ machines and door and lock repairs, has come to approximately £1,200. Any further donations will go directly towards covering these remaining costs, improving security, and continuing to invest in the centre for the benefit of our community.
