Story

Friends often ask – what do you do : “oh I work in IT”. Oh working at Enable is so much more than that! The Digital Team’s purpose is to ensure we deliver the best systems and technologies to make it easier for all our staff to deliver the best support to people like David* & Jamie*

David's aspiration was to break free from the confines of his parents' home and carve his path to independence. With the unwavering support of his personal assistants, he embarked on a transformative journey. Over two years, David mastered crucial life skills such as financial management and navigating public transportation, culminating in the triumphant achievement of living in his very own home.

Jamie envisioned a future brimming with possibilities in the workforce. With his personal assistants by his side, Jamie crafted a roadmap to success. Together, they identified his skills, prepared his CV and supported him as he navigated the job market with confidence. Securing a position at a local shop was just the beginning. Jamie's personal assistants tailored his routine to harmonise seamlessly with his vibrant social life, empowering him to thrive in both his professional and personal spheres.

“Working in IT” allows us to deliver key technologies to personal assistants who in turn support David and Jamie to thrive.
