A team of 16 dedicated Enfinium staff are taking on the 12K Total Warrior—one of the toughest obstacle courses out there—all to support the National Kidney Federation!
They’ll be battling through mud, fire, ice, and electric shocks, conquering world-famous obstacles like The Human BBQ, The Plunge, and The Shocker. Every step, crawl, and leap they take is in honor of kidney patients across the UK, helping to raise vital funds for those living with kidney disease.

For over 46 years, the National Kidney Federation (NKF) has served as a dedicated advocate for renal patients. What sets the NKF apart is their unique status as the only national charity that is entirely run by kidney patients for the benefit of kidney patients. Their commitment to the kidney community is further demonstrated by operating the sole UK Helpline and National Peer Service exclusively dedicated to patients and their families facing kidney conditions. Despite their impactful presence, it's noteworthy that their operations are sustained by a modest team, with just 10 full-time staff members.
There are currently an estimated 3.25 million people with end-stage (stages 3 to 5) chronic kidney disease (CKD) in the UK, 68,000 of these have stage 5 – meaning they are either on dialysis or have had a kidney transplant.
