Engage are looking to raise funds and awareness for Street Child United between February and May 2021.
Teams of employees from Engage will be racing to Doha (and then back to Yeovil) by collating their individual step totals. Staff will be able to participate not just by walking but also cycling and running.
Street Child United is a UK based charity using the power of sport to provide a global platform for street children to be heard, so they can receive the protection, support and opportunities that every child is entitled to.
They are proud organisers of the Street Child World Cup Qatar 2022 where 240 children from 24 countries will represent their country and change peoples negative perceptions of street children. The event will create a global platform for street connected children to unite and advocate for their rights for identity, protection from violence and access to education.
