The Enterprise Programme - We will provide an 18-month holistic programme to enable unemployed adults, whose backgrounds may exclude them from the work place, to enter the job market as capable, committed and considerate employees. The programme will include: a job in an enterprise business paying the London Living Wage and related job training, life-skills training, and mentoring. Our first enterprise business will be a café situated in St Barnabas High Road, North Finchley, London.

Café Enterprise Business - Our vision is for the trainees (under supervision) to run a family friendly café. Initially the café will be open to the public on Wednesdays to Saturday 8.30am to 3.30pm with Tuesdays being their team training day. Our innovative Enterprise Café will provide good quality coffee and other beverages and food on a donations basis. There is potential to lengthen the opening hours and cater for events in the future.
