Story
Welcome to the fundraising page for EPIC 7 Scotland - Speyside!

After the huge success for EPIC 6 Scotland last year, it is time to saddle up again! We are delighted to say that Edrington employees from across EMEA will be taking part in a c.200km charity cycle in Scotland on 3rd and 4th September 2026, in order to raise funds for Giving More International. Giving More International is a Scottish charity set up by Edrington to support employee fundraising. Donations made to Giving More International will, after being triple matched, be donated to staff nominated charities Moray Step by Step, and Moray Firth Radio's Cash For Kids - both based in Speyside. This final amount being split equally between the two charities.
Once again we are triple-matching, meaning that if our employees raise the £30,000 target, then the charities will receive £120,000.

Moray Step by Step, based in Speyside, is a charity dedicated to supporting families with young children who may feel isolated or vulnerable, helping them build confidence, develop skills, and form meaningful relationships so they can give their children the best possible start in life. The organisation provides a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for parents and children up to age three, offering small, friendly groups where families can engage in play, stories, songs, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities that encourage learning, enjoyment, and bonding. Through attentive listening and responsive support, the charity helps parents strengthen relationships within their families and communities, while also promoting healthy eating, life skills, and overall wellbeing. Step by Step in Moray fosters resilience, enabling families to better manage the challenges of everyday life, and ensures safeguarding through clear channels for raising concerns. Working collaboratively with partners and guided by values of respect, equality, inclusion, and Christian compassion, the charity offers free services including social groups, individual support, volunteer-led activities, and opportunities for connection both in person and online.

Moray Firth Radio's Cash for Kids, based in Speyside, the official charity of Bauer Media is dedicated to giving disadvantaged children and young people the chance to thrive. They step in where it’s needed most – tackling poverty, illness, and neglect, easing the challenges of additional needs and offering a helping hand to families with nowhere else to turn. They have 3 initiatives that we could support, firstly Cost-of-Living Grants, this provides struggling families with emergency essentials, that could include food and clothing, but they will consider anything that helps meet children’s most basic needs. They also provide Impact Grants which cover several needs but are quite often for specialised equipment, this can be hoists, mobility aids, wheelchairs or buggies. The final and a new initiative is pop up tents with sensory aids for use in schools. This is something they have trialled and has proved very successful. It gives children who are struggling in a class setting a means of getting time to themselves to cope with feelings of upset, angry and anxiety without being completely removed from the class. This can lead to quicker and less stressful resolution for all involved. This is just some examples of the incredible work this small, but dedicated team do.
