Playground Leader, Evelyn, is raising money for Diabetes UK through a half marathon walk!

Evelyn, who lives with Diabetes, is spreading awareness of Diabetes in young people by completing this incredible challenge. Over the coming weeks she'll be walking the length of a half marathon around her school's mile track and completing her challenge at Shrewsbury Town Football Club's home ground, The Croud Meadow.

She is a role model for her classmates, using sport to inspire others, creating games for other pupils at breaktime.
