£3,000 could deliver life changing mental health support to individuals and communities across Lancashire.

Statistically, Lancashire has higher rates of suicide, mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety, than the national average. With some of the highest areas of deprivation and unemployment in the country the mental health crisis in Lancashire continues to grow.

Workplaces are not exempt from this and we hope that as the Charity Partner of the North West Business Expo 2024 we can continue to reach more individuals and workplaces to provide the support we know is needed.

We could deliver a 10 week mental health and resilience programme to 60 primary school children providing them with a toolkit to use now and in the future greatly reducing the the likelihood of and impact of a mental health condition.

We could provide seven individuals living with a moderate mental health condition with up to eight 121 sessions empowering them to take back control of their mental health and wellbeing.
