If you're reading this, you probably already know that TM is great and has the power to change your life.
Then why doesn't everyone in Glasgow practice TM?
Would you like to see us offer more services at the TM centre, such as Maharishi Ayurveda?
We've been putting our heads together to come up with a plan to expand in 2024. We want to teach more people TM, and improve our offering to you, our lovely meditating community.
The problem is, all of this costs money!
Which is why we're asking you for help.
We don't like to do this, but we hope you'll see that these relatively small changes will make a big difference for you and many others in Glasgow.
> Renovate the TM centre. We are still on the look out for land to build our purpose build centre in the long term, but for now our wee TM centre could desperately do with a freshen up and be made more appealing.
> A new website. We'd like to create a new Glasgow TM website which will be a one-stop shop for our meditating community. You'll be able to easily book in for group meditations, TM checks, retreat days via the website, making the process more efficient and freeing up our time to put our attention on other things.
> Turn the TM centre into a hub for all of Maharishi's knowledge, offering services such as Maharishi Ayurveda healthcare and consultations, cookery workshops, yoga sessions and Maharishi Aromatherapy.
> Buy a tap to pay station for the TM centre, so that we can easily take card payments for sessions and shop purchases.
> Create some new marketing videos. We're working closely with the UK marketing team and want to create some Glasgow focused content to use for social media marketing and on our new website.
> Buy a new TV. Anyone who's been to the centre recently will know that the sound is getting worse and worse!
> With the new TM branding and UK website on the way, we want to ride the wave and use this as an opportunity to grow our offering in Glasgow.
> We have a window of opportunity over the next few months to put these ideas into action, before the launch of the new brand and website.
> It's the end of the tax year, so a good time to give any extra pennies to charity to save your tax bill!
