Isabel Hospice and Garden House Hospice care have teamed up for this brand new fundraising event. Walkers will complete a beautiful 18 mile countryside trail linking the hospice towns of Letchworth Garden City & Welwyn Garden City, raising money for the hospice of their choice, to enable both Isabel Hospice and Garden House Hospice Care to continue their vital end of life care in their local communities.
