We're Fair Shot – a café with a conscience. We’re here to help address the disturbingly high unemployment rate amongst adults with learning disabilities. At current, it’s almost impossible for disabled adults to find meaningful work. 95% of adults with learning disabilities in the UK are unemploye. We couldn't provide opportunities to young adults with learning disabilities without the generosity of individuals and corporate sponsors. Thanks to our 300 donors so far we have achieved huge success so far by taking 21 adults with learning disabilities out of the employment cycle and we are only just getting started!!
