Teens+

Founded in Edinburgh in 2006 with the belief that everyone has the right to further education, regardless of need, Teens+ is a non-profit that helps young adults with complex communication needs to thrive by providing high-quality transitional education opportunities and therapeutic support.

Our goal is to help our students and their families prepare for the next step into post-school education, work or a new home with tailored learning, and life and social skills. Teens+ operates four centres based at Ravenscroft, Liberton Brae, Edinburgh, and Musselburgh.

Sleep Action

Established in 1998, Sleep Action, formerly Sleep Scotland is the UK’s oldest sleep charity and leading provider of sleep support, training, and resources.

Sleep Action aims to ensure everyone can thrive through healthy sleep by working with professionals, families, and employers to promote healthy sleep.

Sleep Action has a network of over 1300 Sleep Counsellors across the UK and Ireland and operates the Scottish Sleep Support Line for parents and carers of children and young people aged between 18 months and 18 years across Scotland.
