Through thick and thin, the good and the bad, The Kirkwood make a difference to the lives of those who need it most. From the largest towns and villages, to the furthest corners of Kirklees, The Kirkwood support life in all areas of our community, delivering dedicated, personal care and support to all those affected by a life limiting illness.
