In our 30th year, our charity is experiencing incredible demand. Simply put, we aim to support families who are facing challenging times. Our assistance varies depending on each family's circumstances. We strive to be a listening ear, helping to build confidence and develop social and relationship skills, foster community involvement, and promote mental health. Additionally, we provide practical support such as assistance with housing matters and introducing families to community services.

The presence of a befriending volunteer can make all the difference in the world. It could mean a depressed mother having the strength to leave the house that week, a teenager attending school on time, or a parent taking their children to the park. Our dedicated Befrienders and Big Buddies guide our families through a series of small interventions that have a profound impact on their ability to navigate difficult times.

Family Friends was established in 1993 with the sole purpose of aiding disadvantaged individuals in the Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, and Brent areas. However, we cannot continue this vital work without your help. Join us in improving the lives of those in need.
