Cumbria Family Support has been supporting families in Cumbria since 1993. Our aim is to relieve and offer support to families experiencing stress or difficulty and help to reduce health inequalities and isolation, break cycles of disadvantage and make positive changes for the whole family.

Story

Many children and families in Cumbria struggle to access the essential help and support they need to overcome mental health and other life challenges. With your support, more families will have a chance to regain their self-esteem and be the best they can be.
