During the month of Ramadan 2022, HSBC UK colleagues are taking part in Fast-A-Thon challenge in aid of Shelter.

How can I take part?

1. Nominate yourself or your team to take part in Fast-A-Thon Challenge

2. Fast for a full or half-day (or give up something you are used to doing everyday, e.g. regular tea/coffee) you decide!

3. Head to the 'Start Fundraising' to set up your own page for yourself or your team or donate directly to this page

4. Spread the word! Let colleagues know what you're doing and encourage them to do the same or to sponsor you

5. Attend HSBC's Global Welcome Ramadan webinar on 24 March to hear more about what were doing
