As we continue into 2025, FAST UK is committed to running the Cure Angelman Now (CAN) Campaign alongside our global partners. Our goal remains clear: to raise awareness about Angelman syndrome and secure vital funds for the ongoing Natural History Study at Oxford University.

How You Can Help

We need your support to make a difference and encourage and applaud all fundraising efforts however BIG or small. So dust off your baking equipment, running shoes, golf clubs, swimming costume, compass or whatever you see fit. Get involved today and help us double last year’s fundraising total.

Exciting Prizes Await

To try and encourage you further, we are offering some wonderful prizes which can be awarded to anyone taking part in the Campaign.

The Fundraising Campaign is a challenge in which the entrant that raises the highest amount for FAST UK with a CAN Campaign page will receive the 1st Prize. Additionally, one randomly selected lucky entrant will win the ‘wild card’ prize.

1st Prize: 2 Economy flights from London to Orlando, Florida, 2 tickets to the 18th Annual Global Science Gala and 3 nights stay (room & taxes only) at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, Florida.

Wild card prize: Experience 5-star luxury with a two-night break for two in the Capital or a UK city/location of your choice. Select from a range of magnificent hotels and relax in complete comfort for two nights to the value of £500.

Important Note:

With the top prize being flights and tickets to the FAST Global Science Summit & Gala at the Renaissance Sea World in Orlando on 7th & 8th November, we will be announcing the highest fundraiser at that time on Monday, 14th October. This gives our winner enough time to prepare for an unforgettable experience at this incredible event, where the Angelman syndrome community comes together to make history.

If the top prize winner prefers not to travel, a cash offer is available. We want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to benefit from their fundraising efforts.

Wild card prize: You can browse a variety of luxury, 5-star hotels. Hotel voucher supplied through Red Letter Days. This voucher is non-exchangeable, and no cash equivalent is available.
