Emma and Jess will be joining The Clarify Foundation on their Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge which takes on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

The total walking distance is 39.2km (24.5 miles). Each of the peaks is about 700m and so a climb of about 400m for each peak.
