Calling all runners over the age of 17! Are you ready to clock up the miles, enjoy the beautiful city of Cardiff and set yourself a challenge to raise money to support families in Wales caring for a disabled or seriously ill child? Then take part in the Cardiff Half Marathon 2023!
Your support is essential: Families pay three times higher costs to care for their disabled child and face severely reduced income due to the round-the-clock care and support they provide.

From essential items like kitchen appliances or clothing, to travel to hospital appointments, much-needed family breaks and in-depth information and support, Family Fund is a national charity that aims to reduce the financial pressures of raising a disabled child and make life easier.
Every penny raised from the Cardiff half marathon will help Family Fund provide grants to families raising a disabled or seriously ill child .
Without the Family Fund grant we would have had to wait a long time to get a new fridge freezer - Olivia, mum and carer.
