Filey Lions Bonfire and Fireworks Display takes place every year and is a free-to-enter event.

The event is to THANK the residents of Filey, the surrounding villages and all our visitors for all their support over the past year.

Costs are soaring for fireworks, insurance, road closures, first aid, toilets, PA system, fencing etc etc. This year's event will cost over £10,000 to organise.

Every single penny you donate will go towards next years event.

Should you wish to attend, it takes place on Saturday 1st November at West Avenue Car Park. The car park will be closed from 16:00 to vehicles and no parking is available at the site.

The event starts at 5pm, bonfire lit at 6pm and fireworks at 7pm. There will be entertainment stalls, food vendors, toffee apples and more.

Look out for Lions members and friends with collection buckets, or donate on this site.

More toilets have been arranged this year and the usual medical arrangements with be present.
