Full safety briefing and training is provided to each participant (age 12 and above, 12-16 year olds accompanied by an adult)

Fundraising targets are £100 per adult, and £50 for u16’s. All proceeds from the event will be split equally between One YMCA and Home-Start Watford & Three Rivers.
