We are a Staffordshire based registered charity.  We work in primary and secondary schools, supporting young people in their mental and emotional health through singing, signing and mindfulness. We know the importance, for young people growing up today, to be confident and resilient people.  We are passionate in helping them do this - being the best version of themselves that they can be! There are so many pressures on children and young people today and we want to be there to support them as they grow into the people they are meant to be.
