Fisical Sports staff, friends and family have decided to do a year of fund raising, taking on a number of Physical challenges to raise as much money and awareness as possible for the charity Candlelighters. The idea to do these challenges came about because not only do we work with 100s of children a week from different backgrounds, having children of our own and seeing their faces over the Christmas period and the joy this time of years brings to them and their families inspired us to help others, We are very passionate about these challenges and want as many people as possible to join in helping us along our way.

We decided to choose the Charity 'Candlelighters' to work with because its a charity very close to the heart for us, On 31st of March 2005, Dave, Tom and James lost a very close friend Chris Smith and the age of 17 to cancer, a couple of years later on 4 February 2008 Chris' Niece Chloe also lost her battle with cancer at the age of just 4 years old. The Support Chris' family received from Candlelighters was fantastic and we would love to show our appreciation to them by raising as much money throughout the year as possible.
