Back by popular demand for a third year!
Fit February is great way to kick start the year (everyone knows that January isnt a good time for new year resolutions!!) and its an event that everyone can be involved in.
The challenge is to run, walk, cycle, scoot, swim, treadmill you can even ski 50 miles during the month of February. Youll have a log sheet to tick off the miles and as February goes on youll really notice how much longer & lighter the days get- Spring will almost be with us by the end of the month and youre fitness levels will have really improved!
