Sport Walk and Sport In Mind are working together to bring the positive benefits of Sport Walking to people’s attention, both for mental health and to boost resilience in life.
Sport In Mind’s work helps people who are experiencing mental health problems to engage in sport and physical activity to improve their mental well-being.
Sport Walk is the home of Sport Walking. We are working to building participation and awareness of Sport Walking, which is walking strongly with a purpose, for fitness, challenge or adventure.
Winter is a challenging time for physical activity, especially outdoors, but we hope this challenge will inspire you to give it a try. Walk, run, outdoors or indoors, and feel the benefits during February!
Through this challenge, and your donations and fund-raising, you will be helping Sport In Mind to carry out their worthwhile work to bring people opportunities to improve their mental health through physical activity sessions they enjoy.
