Sue & Paula are tackling the St Albans Inflatable 5K to raise funds for Irish seniors. LIF provides clubs and services for the most vulnerable and your donation will ensure that we can subsidise trips and events that build wellbeing and companionship.

At LIF we go the extra mile to ensure that nobody feels isolated. We get to know our members, have the craic with them, because some of them lack family and social connections.
