India has been facing the steepest increase in Covid-19 cases and the Indian lockdown continues. As well as the health impact, many thousands will be being affected by loss of earnings and medical costs for loved ones. When you live a hand-to-mouth existence, situations like this can cause a dramatic economic hit for families. There is even worry about a third wave.

The need is great and we want to help all people, no matter who they are. Let's do what we can to show some love and care to families at their time of need.

With your help we are:

-delivering covid support packs - essentials such as food parcels containing essential groceries for whole families

-helping with medical costs and provision of basic medicines where needed

We need more help to be able to:

-feed children in the slums and streets, through a feeding programme whilst India is under lockdown

Since launching this campaign, we have been really grateful for people's response.
