As you many of you will know, Floyde is one of our beautiful horses and has been at Calvert Trust Exmoor a little over 6 years. During this time, he has become a fully-fledged stables resident and has won the hearts of both our guests and stables team, who have grown incredibly fond of him.

As well as providing fantastic riding sessions for children, adults and families, Floyde has also had many amazing interactions with guests, whether that be their first time stroking a horse or a sensory grooming session.

Sadly, Floyde has recently been diagnosed with cancer on his neck and sheath, meaning he will need urgent treatment to ensure he remains healthy and well, and can continue his incredible work at Calvert Trust Exmoor.
