We know that there are thousands of people facing cancer in hospital this Christmas, away from loved ones and unable to enjoy or take part in the usual festivities. It can be the most lonely and isolating time; it's a place no-one wants to be.

This year we want to reach over 5,000 cancer patients in hospital with our letters; spreading joy, brightening their days and reminding them that they are not alone.

We were blown away by the support we received for our Big Give Christmas Challenge campaign at the beginning of December and the funds already raised will enable us to send thousands of letters. But we don't want to stop there, each additional donation raised here will enable us to reach even more cancer patients in hospitals throughout the UK, brightening their day and making them feel less alone.
