Every September for the past 19 years, people just like you - from all walks of life - gather for Friends of Karen's "Journey of the Heart" Bike Tour.

We dine together and make memories together as we ride our bikes over 80 miles in and around Connecticut, passing through some of the oldest Colonial towns - all to raise money for critically ill children and their families in the New York Tri-State area. And when it's over a group that arrived as strangers departs as friends.

The ride is fully supported with Sal's SAG team from The Bicycle Tour Company. Besides Sal's SAG team, you will enjoy comfy hotel rooms, hearty meals, well equip rest stops and fun at the pool and jacuzzi!

All you have to do is register, and you'll find an entire community to help you conquer your training, blow past your fundraising goal and – best of all – meet amazing new friends.
