Our team of 16 fearless Smarden Warriors are throwing caution to the wind to row in the Dragon Boat Festival at Bewl Water on Saturday 2nd September 2023 to raise vital funds to enable FOSP to continue supporting our amazing Smarden Primary & Nursery School.

The money you help FOSP to raise funds big projects, such as the outdoor play equipment and learning areas, and the interactive screens in every classroom. It also helps to keep the library stocked with favourite books, the classrooms topped up with extra supplies, and subsidises the annual school trip for every single pupil - this is all ongoing. But there is still lots more to do - we'd love to become even greener by installing solar power and help to reduce energy costs; the kids would adore an even bigger playground area; an amazing reading hut in the woods, the list is as endless as our pupils' imaginations - we just need to do everything we can to enable them to learn in the best possible way in the best possible environment.
