We are a charity delivering housing and homelessness support and health and recovery support to people with a diverse range of needs across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and Lincolnshire, as well as supporting rough sleepers and people at risk of rough sleeping in Sheffield.

Over 25 years, we've helped around 250,000 people to change their lives by delivering high-impact services to overcome homelessness, substance use challenges, mental ill-health and unemployment.

Regardless of their past, or the challenges they face, we empower people to achieve safety and stability, and we actively support people to build an independent life beyond homelessness.
