Friends of Gordonbrock is a voluntary organisation made up of parents and carers who raise money to support our school and enrich all our children's education and school experience. We are proud to support school excursions, theatre and art workshops, extra-curricular sports activities, Black History Month and Differences Week. We have contributed to the School Library, provided new playground furniture and equipment and helped fund IT equipment. We cannot do any of this without the support of the parents, teachers and wider school community.

Story

Our first FOG Dance-a-thon took place in July 2021 when we were all in desperate need of some fun, as well as an opportunity to raise some money after lots of canceled events. It proved so popular that it's now become an annual event. After all, what better way to end the school year on a high than with a whole day of dancing?

This year we're once again raising money for new playground equipment. Every year school spends thousands of pounds on toys and equipment to help the children make the most of the playgrounds - be that see-saws, climbing frames, flood lights for the ball pen, or a constant supply of footballs (and much more besides).

Please help us hit our £2,500 target by sponsoring the children to dance their way through the day, and by sharing this page with friends and family. Thank you for your support.
