At Future Projects, we have been supporting local people to overcome extremely challenging situations, to live happy, safe and independent lives through our mission to prevent poverty, deprivation and disadvantage in Norfolk, for the last 21 years.

But now, as the cost of living crisis continues to deepen and more and more people in Norfolk find themselves struggling to make ends meet, the need for our services has never been greater. We are seeing a surge in demand for our support services as people turn to us for help in navigating nearly impossible challenges. We are committed to continuing to be there for our community, providing vital support and helping to build stronger, more resilient communities across Norfolk.

To celebrate our 21st Anniversary we are raising funds to ensure we can support all those in Norfolk that need our help, through Future Support, Education and Radio.

Our range of specialist support services at Future Support help:

- Rough sleepers to move into new accommodation and support them to be able to manage their new tenancies and lives independently

- Lonely and isolated older people to find and participate in community activities, find new friends and to live happy, social lives

- Women, and men, trapped in abusive relationships to escape and build new lives for themselves and their children

- Those who have been long-term unemployed to build the skills and confidence to find and keep jobs

- Families that simply dont have enough income to pay for essential living costs to access food, heating and welfare support, so that they can at least provide food and warmth for their children

At Future Education, our school for children with complicated needs which have been let down by mainstream education, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their potential. Many of the children that come to the school have been out of education for several years and have very little hope for their futures.

We provide a unique academic, therapeutic and vocational curriculum for each of our students, nurturing them to heal and grow and to go on to live happy, successful lives.

Future Radio is a platform for local voices, created by and for the people of Norfolk. We support and train volunteers to produce content that reflects the diverse perspectives and interests of our community. Our broadcast showcases local news, music, and culture, and provides a space for important conversations on the issues affecting our region. We believe that everyone has a story to tell, and we are committed to amplifying the voices of our community.

We are incredibly proud of the work we do, and the impact we have had on the lives of tens of thousands of people in Norfolk. However, with your support, we can do even more.
