Organised by The King's TrustFuture Steps is a 10,000-steps-a-day challenge, throughout the month of February 2020. Doing it as a team of up to six people, or as an individual, you'll get fitter, as well as raise vital funds to support the work of The Princes Trust.

We hear this figure everywhere; our doctors tell us it will do us good, we hear it on the telly, and from those who love us encourage us to keep fit and get active! Well, theres a lot of truth in it. Walking is good for us!
