2023 Christmas Appeal

Organised by Finding Your Feet

Christmas brings with it both a tough time for the amputees we support and a strain on the money we receive. With mental health services and tackling isolation more important than ever, the limb loss community needs your help.

Story

“I am under no illusions that Finding Your Feet, through counselling, have helped to save my life. It has improved my well-being in every aspect.” Stephen

As the only amputee charity in Scotland doing what we do to support those who have lost limbs through cancer, diabetes, sepsis, addiction, road accidents and more, our service has become vital to people of all ages and backgrounds.

Christmas represents a time of joy for many, but for us - with grants and fundraising slowing down - it's always a push to keep delivering support to amputees. The season also sees a lot of people we work with struggling with loneliness and stress, meaning we have to double our efforts.

In short, we need your help. If you can make a donation, enter the raffle on our website, get creative and host a Christmas Jumper Day or simply share the video below, you'll be helping amputees throughout the country.

*Please tick the box on the last page so we can properly thank you for you contribution and keep you informed of other ways to get involved.*
